This is really good. I'm unsure if I ever did leave feedback for Human Frailty but I really liked that fic with the easy companionship between them, knowing each other so well. Well Xander at least showing how well he knew Spike and how to deal with him. Short ficlet but it said so much about a history between them.
I'm so happy to stumble over teh fact that you have a WIP going on that will tell more about them and how they ended up knowing each other so well.
The sadness and tiredness of life is made almost tangible, and Spike's headaches - God I can so feel it in every word describing the pain and seeing my own migraines in them. And then knowing that somewhere a friendship is slowly building... :D
I'm reccing this at my personal rec LJ chaosrecs if it's okay. I like to keep check of good stories and I tend to keep them lined up in that LJ. Then if someone else manages to read what I rec - well I made a good deed then didn't I LoL ;)
