Looking for a fic

I can't remember the name or author, but it was posted a few months back. It was a series of drabbles, linked together to make a longer story, exploring Spike's experience as a ghost at the start of S5. One image I remember vividly was something along the lines of "the first touch he feels in months, and it's a knife stabbing him in the back." I really liked it but failed to bookmark it. Can anyone help me?
