I was so delighted to learn that you know Shoshanna, because that connects yet another of my worlds (and because she's a great person!). I know her from both media fandom and professional copyediting. She met Geoff on a copyediting mailing list, which led to her moving to Montreal. And I assume you know her at least partly because she's in Montreal.

I still hope to see her at Scintillation one of these days.
